This dinner plan allows guests to enjoy a traditional Japanese Kaiseki course meal from Shunsai Shifuku, a Kaiseki restaurant in Inami, delivered directly to their room.

The multi-course dinner prepared by Chef Tetsuya Mori, owner of Shunsai Shifuku, features a rich selection of local vegetables, seafood, and other seasonal ingredients. Dishes are flavored with the pleasant tastes of kelp and bonito, bringing out the natural tones of ingredients and allowing diners to experience the changing seasons with their palates.

Kaiseki cuisine restaurant in Inami, the town of Bed and Craft. The owner, Tetsuya Mori, who trained for over 10 years at hotels and traditional Japanese restaurants in Tokyo, returned to his hometown of Inami and opened this restaurant in 2018. Using local ingredients, the restaurant offers seasonal dishes based on Japanese cuisine. Chef Mori says, “My greatest pleasure is to hear customers say how delicious my food tastes and to have them appreciate the quality of Japanese cuisine.” He carefully focuses on each customer and ingredient to create the best dishes.
