Can I change or cancel my reservation?

The following cancellation charges will be applied for cancellations of booking.
-From 21 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee
-14 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
-From 7 days before: 100% of the accommodation fee
-No show: 100% of the accommodation fee

・Cancellations up to 22 days before your stay will not be charged.
・Please let us know up to 3days in advance for the change in number of people.
・Please contact us at least one week in advance for schedule changes.

How far in advance do I have to make a reservation?

As a general rule, we accept reservations from 180 days to 3 days before the check-in date. However, you may still be able to book an overnight stay directly in advance depending on the current situation. Please contact us by email or phone for last-minute inquiries.

Is there a discount for children?

Children under the age of 13 can stay at the child rate (except for through some reservation sites and other special campaigns). Please see the reservation page for prices. In addition, children under the age of 3 may stay free of charge when no additional beds or meals are required.

When do I pay?

As a general rule, we require payment in advance. If you make a reservation online, we may issue the charge to your credit card at any time from 10 minutes after your reservation is made to the day before your stay (except for through some reservation sites).

Property

Will I share a room with other guests?

All of our villas are private lodgings, limited to one couple per day. The entire building can be rented out only to those who have reserved it, and there is no contact with other guests.

Can I smoke?

Smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel.

Can I bring pets?

Pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel.

Can I cook?

All accommodations are equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, basic cooking utensils, and tableware. Seasoning sets are also available for rent so you can enjoy cooking in your room.

Workshop

Can I do an “apprenticeship” without staying in the hotel?

Unfortunately, we do not offer workshops on their own. We would like you to learn more about the town itself in order to truly get to know the artisans, so we ask guests to stay at least one night in order to participate in a workshop.

Do I need to bring anything?

The artisans will prepare all tools necessary for the experience. However, the workspace may get slightly messy, so please wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in, and that you don’t mind getting a little dirty.

Service

Do you offer a pick-up service?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not provide pick-up or luggage delivery services.

Can I store my luggage with you?

Guests can store their luggage with us both before and after they have checked-in.

Do you provide room service?

Room service is available between the hours of 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday. During this time period, we can deliver alcoholic beverages and a selection of snacks to your room. *Service hours may vary depending on relevant circumstances.
